Hazardous Conditions:
Drewpoint Property Solutions reserves the right to modify its checks of vacation properties in hazardous conditions that result in but not limited to road closures, heavy snow drifting, above average snowfalls and/or any environmental conditions deemed too dangerous to safely reach your vacation property. In this situation, Drewpoint Property Solutions will conduct the inspection at the closest point possible and will provide a date stamped verification photo and/or will complete the check at the soonest possible time as environmental conditions permit.
